Bothe Associates Inc. is a true American success story. Werner Bothe, who immigrated to this country as a teenager with his family, founded the business in the basement of their house in 1950 with the help of his wife, Hazel Bothe and sons Erik and Kent. The company has since progressed to a 38,000 sq. foot modern air conditioned facility filled with the latest in CNC turning and milling equipment functioning within ISO 9001:2000 quality standards.The reputation for quality parts at fair prices along with an uncompromising commitment to satisfying the needs of our customers has allowed the company to grow under the stewardship of the Bothe family into the third generation. Old fashioned qualities such as integrity and honesty along with a Midwestern work ethic are hallmarks of the company culture. Many customers who began a relationship with Bothe Associates in the 1950's and 1960's remain loyal and active today.
Bothe Associates has continued to evolve during their long history. With the new century has come recognition that the company is now "woman-owned" with the majority of the Bothe family management team being female. Kent Bothe remains as the CEO with Cathryn Bothe as President and Laura Bothe as Vice President and General Manager. This certification will allow us to serve customers who need to find "woman-owned" businesses to fulfill government contracts. In addition, our recent ISO 9001:2000 certification has given us greater capabilities to efficiently and effectively accommodate our customers' needs.
Ability to be nimble and to efficiently accommodate customers has been a hallmark of the company. The latest initiatives include adding assembly to machining and utilizing our newly acquired ISO 9001:2000 and women-owned business status to build new business relationships which were previously unavailable to us.
